    • 4 Landmark Buildings

Due to the sales success of our first project, we launched our 2nd project in Weißensee. A residential complex with the extraordinary name “Feuchte Ecke” (Damp Corner) was drawn up for a 3.000 sqm. corner property at the Weißenseer Spitze. The name doesn’t describe the quality of the buildings, but is the long forgotten name of the old brandy-shop at the corner. The 4 landmark stucco buildings stand at the center of new three- to five-storey buildings with a generously designed courtyard. The 1st sub-development covered the 4 old buildings!
